  1. It is super hard to find good avocados here! They cost 2.50 each on average and are black inside. I quit buying them.
    A friend in the lower 48 buys them for less than a dollar fresh and lovely… I love good..avocado..

  4. I eat healthy meal already but its still same… I cannot stay longer when going to toilet… Its only happen when I 💩💩… And so weired why when I working even in same position for few hours not hurt or cramp😑😑

  5. Great video🤗, thanks Dr Becky. I eat like soldier-every single day my homemade sauerkraut with avocado slices(Wich cured me from IBS) and my homemade kefir regularly. I take GREAT Dr Dean ReMag which is a miracle🤗. But, muscle cramps are still there. I have to blame only my Planter Fasciitis now, need to work on proper shoes.

  6. I suffer bad from low carb leg cramps, i can wake up in the middle of the night in excruciating pain both big toes pointing to the sky! Only a cup of salt water can save me!!!
