  1. A "healthy" Keto diet is fantastic for loosing weight and overall health. Stick to healthy fats, Olive oil, Avacado's, Nuts, Fish. Avoid fats such as vegetable oil, canola oil, cotton seed oil etc. as they are high in Omega 6's and can spike insulin. Eat tons of vegies! especially cruciferous. I follow a combination of the Mediterranean diet, and Ketogenic. We call it Ketoterranean. Great video except for all the bread and rice. Definitely not Keto πŸ™‚

  7. I have a lot of keto experience, and cheese was a disaster that I eliminated several years ago. Just because I was down to almost no carbs didn't mean I could drink olive oil, soak everything in butter, and wolf down cheese. Cheese kept me from making any progress. Keto doesn't mean "all the calories you want as long as no carbs." Also, Lily's chocolate bars are fantastic because they are sweetened with stevia, taste almost like regular chocolate bars, and don't move the keto meter at all.
