  1. It took me several months to find what foods reduce or alleviate constipation from personal experience. I found having lentils/beans soaked over night then simmered in water (25 mins)and at the last few minutes let a load of fresh spinach wilted on the top. I ate this at 5PM and all out by 4.15 a.m (I work nights)… I hope this can work for others and all those people in agony.

  4. Red grapes PPL in your cereal. 5-6 , if you don't Eat cereal just eat the grapes each morning. Give it a try over 2 weeks. Works. Plenty of water throughout the day.

    Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice doesn’t work for me instead green tea solves my constipation or relieving in the morning immediately. I live in iran and I’m not sure about the authenticity of acv here but green tea i’m sure. Why is that? Do i have any problems?

  6. I can't poop if I don't eat. Not fasting. But I only poop when I have a full meal. They say this is the way it is in nature and the way it should be. I'm not sure about that because this becomes a problem when I do fast to cleanse my colon. I don't poop until I break the fast which defeats the purpose. I've tried to find more info on this or other people who experience this to no avail.

  9. Fiber, fluids does not help! Ive been on every type of med, herbal remedy, don't drink coffee, used to drink coffee, doesn't matter! Maybe 10lbs overweight, not that that matters, and am active enough, was in sports years ago..I've had an issue since I was in high school…tried everything and recently my current GP says it could be stress related lol…yes agree my life has been lived on high alert all these years. Out of the blue will go and can't figure out why!

  10. My life and health is changing because of Dr. Berg. He's made me conscious of every food decision I make determined by what are the healthiest foods for my particular ailments. Enjoying a rosehip tea with ginger and turmeric right now. Thank you Dr Berg, magnesium citrate in my daily kefir based smoothies has me as regular as Earths orbit. I gave up asking my GP for his opinion on my ailments and natural treatments, he rolls his eyes a lot and lectures me on believing in science.
