    I do use Coconut oil. [And Ghee. And Olive Oil sometimes.] I love all those bad fruits too. I didn't see Peaches or Melons? But, I could give them up.
    To repair my Liver. I actually have. I eat Berries. I used to really like Peaches.
    (I can't eat bananas, I get Muscle Cramps if I do. ?? 😳 and Pineapple I like, but it makes my Tounge sore? With little rashes?) 😏

While it may be true you can eat these fruits in moderation it is not prudent to consume any fruit with the exception of low glycemic fruit like avocado, olives and tomatoes daily becsuse you should be reserving most if your carb intake to low glycemic vegetables because they help the metabolism regulate fasting and basal blood glucose. Those people in keto and carnivore diets who are struggling with high fasting and basal blood glucose its because you are eating higher glycemic vegetables and fruit. Low glycemic carbs are like a extended release glucose capsule and help the liver and pancreas optimally regulate insulin and glucose. High glycemic carbs are like a sugar pill. Spiking blood glucose and insulin and can lead to higher fasting and basal glucose levels. My fasting and basal glucose numbers are 70s and 80s respectfully. I had to figure this out as a pre diabetic and it works. Try it for yourself and find out and limit the high glycemic carbs to occasional.

  11. Grapefruit has approx 14g – 27g net carbs ( depending on size in your country) Eating 1 can knock you out of ketosis! Try to be real if you are suggesting Fruits for a Keto Diet

  14. As I'm watching this my local grocery store has these HUGE oranges, larger than grapefruits, for 67 cents. I love oranges.

After a couple hundred hours of watching a dozen or more different YouTube channels explaining insulin resistance, various forms of ketogenic diets, and intermittent fasting, as well as experimenting on myself, I came to the same conclusion as Keto Kamp. Namely, keto and IF work well if I'm fairly diligent, but it's important for me to achieve metabolic flexibility by deliberately eating ample amounts of "good" carbs for a couple of days after a couple weeks of keto and IF. Many in the low carb community in the Summer of 2021 are also talking about metabolic flexibility, especially if one has hit their target weight.
