  2. A good snack is pickles (check the label for hidden sugars) and then dip them in sesame seed butter or almond butter.

  4. Not beef jerky, but similar (pork). Duke's Original Smoked Shorty Sausages, available everywhere including big bulk, so relatively inexpensive ($10/18 servings). IMHO very close to perfect keto macros (15g fat, 7g protein, <1g of sugars). No hormones, gluten, liquid smoke, or nitrates added. Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, Chopped Parsley, Cane Sugar, Natural Flavor, Spices, Vinegar, Roasted Garlic. Made With Beef Collagen Casing. Even their hot and spicy, green chili, etc flavors only have those spices added. I am not affiliated with them in any way except for enjoying their product.

  8. I’ve been eating macadamia nuts for about 20 yrs now! They use to be cheap cause no one bought them, now I could hardly afford them!!! Go figure! And by the way I hope your dogs aren’t on a KETO diet!! Give them a beef stick!!🍖

  10. Chomps are processed foods, not a whole food. Yes, it’s grass-finished, but it’s not a whole food. You’re processing unprocessed animal meat – not exactly the most ideal Keto meal, but hey, if it keeps someone in ketosis what’s it matter?

  11. This dude can be informational but he has way to many sponsors. Why would he recommend liver supplements over actually eating liver for it’s super beneficial nutritions
