13. I'm aware that keto has been around for a long time but this is an observation I have made. ALOT of people went vegan for diet purposes right. And then a few years into that trend I read an article about how the milk industry had taken a big hit because of it. Now everyone is raving about keto and its all dairy! We are always being manipulated without even knowing and its always because of money.

16. The vitamins went out with the juice when they squeezed out the zucchini. It's stupid to do that unless you use the zucchini juice in soup or something. Why does everything have to have Italian seasoning? That gets boring fast.
