Day 1:

24 Hour Fast

Days 2-4

ACV + Lemon + Cayenne

Breakfast:
Smoothie with:
1 Avocado
2 Tbsp Coconut Cream
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Unflavored Collagen Peptides
Ice + Sweetener

Lunch:
3oz Shrimp or Scallops (otherwise white fish or white chicken)
2 Cups Spinach
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Celery
2 Tbsp Flax Seeds

Dinner:
3-4oz Salmon
Broccoli Sprouts
Cabbage or Sauerkraut
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Chlorella
Post Dinner – Chia Pudding

Days 5-7

ACV + Lemon + Cayenne
No Breakfast

  4. Weight loss is all well and good, but you have to be careful – otherwise you can end up with a face like a bag of spanners. Not a good look!

  5. It's not possible to stick with keto long term and stay healthy. I tried it, and it was awful. I recommend the Agoge diet though, because it is balanced and will help you lose fat without starving yourself.

  6. Before trying the Agoge diet, I tried keto and many other diets but none worked. With the *Agoge diet*, I lost so much persistent belly fat, finally getting that lean look.

  7. If you ask me, the keto diet is not for most people. It's just really hard to adhere to and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.

  11. I'm not a quitter but I couldn't go through with the ketogenic diet because it made me feel awful. I then tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.

  12. I find most of these diets hard to adhere to, including the keto diet. What worked best for me is the Agoge Diet plan. You get to eat nutritionally rich foods without starving.

  13. The Agoge diet works best for fat loss. I tried the keto diet but it was just so tough to adhere to and very abuseing on the body.

  14. Stay away from the keto diet, that shit can kill you… It is only meant to be done under doctor supervision. If you want something that works and isn't dangerous, I recommend the Agoge diet plan… worked great for me 🙂
