  2. @Thomas Magnesiun RDA is 400mg, and I usually see recommended around 300mg (rest comes from food like nuts). Why do you suggest double that? 600-800? Are you talking of elemental magnesium I suppose, as for instance 2g of magnesium taurate contains only 160mg of elemental magnesium.

  5. BioSteel and Cure Hydration use stevia. I found them before going into ketosis for health issues; autonomic dysfunction, SFN and IIH. I take it 1-2 daily. Can you help me figure out if this is good? It helps symptoms but want to do healthy keto.

  6. If you're going to take curcumin, I have heard it is wise to combine it with piperine to maximize effectiveness.

  7. One sidenote on Chlorella's capacity of binding heavy metals – is this always a good thing?
    I'm also taking other supplements and I'm on the higher end of Zinc-supplementation – if I remember correctly, this leads to slightly decreased heavy metal absorption, especially cupper. If I'm also taking chlorella, am I not potentially blocking my heavy metal intake too much?

  8. I am terrible at eating green vegetables do you know of a good one that has the corolla in it by chance?

  9. Just so you know we need calcium in our blood because is what triggers cardiac muscle cells to contract. And it also necessary for skeletal muscles to contract but it is not involved in cell depolarization like it is in cardiac muscle. I just thought it was funny how you said it belongs in the bones lol

    I appreciate all the research you do cause at first I had to do research to verify your technical advice. After a few times, I realised you know what you are talking about. There are alot of posers and wannabe scientists on YouTube.

  12. 600-1000mg of magnesium? Isn't the RDA 400-420? And that doesn't take into account magnesium you get from foods? Seems a bit high. Is Magnesium water soluble where you cannot overdose?

  13. My persistent belly fat is so stubborn that I tried the keto diet, saw some results but felt terrible. The Agoge diet on the other hand I saw the same results but felt great.

  14. If you ask me, the keto diet is not for most people. It's just really tough to stick with and you feel exhausted. But the Agoge diet on the other hand feels great, and it works too.

  15. Love your videos….! Question: wanted to know if these supplements (k2, vitD3, omega-3 etc can be taken together? or will a multivitamin cover all these? although, I find that multivitamins usually have low dosage rather than taking them individually. Curious to know your input…thank!

  16. Thomas Squad – do I have to take all of this daily or can I use it a few days a week. Frankly I think I have 200 calories of supplements coming in and these capsules are a lot for the liver. I’m torn about how to supplement.

    1. Magnesium citrate
    2. Magnesium oxide
    3. Magnesium chloride
    4. Magnesium lactate
    5. Magnesium malate
    6. Magnesium taurate
    7. Magnesium L-threonate
    8. Magnesium sulfate
    9. Magnesium glycinate
    10. Magnesium orotate

    For instance, life extension brand sell magnesium citrate and magnesium L-threonate. I don't know which type of magnesium that I need to buy.
