  1. I am having that exact problem. My cholesterol is through the roof. My total cholesterol is 300. My bad cholesterol is 237. Doc said to get off keto immediately. It’s killing you!!!

  2. basically you vegans have a lot of insecurity the inferiority complex and showcasing most of the nonsense publications majorly of the epidemiological studies or your own veganism biased studies and you people are literally confusing the leyman with your own personal biases
    you just tell me what is the issue with the LDL , what you people call the bad cholesterol and you people are completely outdated about the atherosclerosis. do you know what is pattern B LDL. do you people know how many patterns of LDL are there simply claiming some outdated stuff

    If you only respect what doctors have to say. They promote the carnivore diet. For good reason too.

  8. Avocados have the best fat. How is that bad for you? While these cardiologist will just give you drugs and not really fix the situation. Interesting. I got out of blood pressure meds because of keto just fyi

  9. So it's all about weight loss? I got rid of my high blood pressure, + meds, statins, acid reflux + meds, arthritis happily eating low carb (not even Keto). I did lose 10 Kg but I was only slightly overweight anyway and that wasn't important for me. Those meds I got rid of are harmful in the long term also, and Statins do not improve life expectancy.

  10. The Agoge diet works great and you feel great, in contrast to keto. Keto isn't supposed to be adhered to by healthy people and without medical supervision

  11. They don’t have the keto lifestyle defined correctly. Ketovores eat more real veggies on the diet than before the lifestyle.
    Any diet that specifies unprocessed foods is better than what Americans usually eat.
