  1. @0:50 "But raisins are relatively high in calories, about 130 per serving. One serving contains about 24 grams of sugar, about the same as a Snickers bar or a handful of jelly beans." Okay, so what is a serving of raisins? Quarter cup? 6 oz? Your statement is useless without knowing how much you are talking about.

  2. I knos is good I don’t like raisins I hate it I was little I try I throw up 🤮🤢 that What happens some people like raisins and some people don’t like raisins

  3. Thank you for this information.
I will try to have this on my snack
I hope this will result in favorable effect in my blood sugar.
I like the raisin but I'm afraid to eat because I knew its grapes. And grapes making my sugar go up when I eat. I hope this dried grapes will be ok to me.

  4. I add raisins in my oatmeal breakfast everyday and it give me source of energy and the healty way in diet

  5. Have you ever lied even once, stolen anything, used God’s name in vain, looked with lust or worse sexual sins? Then you’re in terrible danger of the judgement of God which will send you to hell (a terrible place of pain and sadness FOREVER). Good news is Jesus died on the cross so that you may receive forgiveness. But you aren’t forgiven unless you REPENT OF YOUR SINS & BELIEVE IN JESUS AS YOUR GOD (repentance means turning from sin and doing your absolute best not to do it again). Think about why you’re reading this message (Everything happens for a reason) Get saved today since tomorrow is not promised; Enter God’s rest; God is taking desperate measures to reach you all because the time is short. 6. In few words, healthy sugar in nature is packed fiber, no fiber=danger…it really makes me awe, taking a walk into a super market and looking a ton of stuff that are literally junk food and I mean every food out of a food factory, with or without the title "healty", from.a huuuuuge super market only the pantry with the vegetables is healthy…Consider now were we can find those junk food around us…And then they accuse us for bad diet and habits. You get a tahini from a local brand in Greece and it's pure sesame, if you look the (let's say) nestle brand you find in palm oils and so on…That happens also when an investor wants to gain a profit, he sells cheap junk food to compete the market and get a share risking our health.I went few hours ago to the super market, I thought I should take a carbonated drink or a juice, all of them were junk stuff except pure soda water…They spent a ton of money and many decades yet they are unable to provide healthy stuff to drink, 2500 later the pure soda water is without competition. They only care for profit not a balanced well functioning and healthy society. They can even study the society's psychological behaviour and provide us advertisements to lure us into the dangerous consumption of their product.

  7. Yeah I ahve rations the only added ingredient is sunflower soil which is 1 percent out of the 99 percent of raisins

  8. They're kind of a false friend – you think you're doing something good, but then you look at all the sugars….

  9. Raisins have a higher source of potassium. So if you’re not a banana person their you go.

  10. Rather a fruits sugars then man made bullshit. Just opt for as less man touched and or lab altered foods as much as possible

  11. I commonly like to eat and use as a part of my food organic raisins, dates and figs, just like organic nuts, like walnuts and hazelnuts, and almonds and I normally never buy and eat candies, chocholate candies included, but because I love the taste of cocoa I like to drink warm good quality cocoa with organic honey and use cocoa other ways too as a part of my food.
