  1. Don’t sleep on the wings from 7-eleven. I don’t get the logic behind going for lean meats. Don’t you need fat to promote ketogenesis? Are you worried that there are antibiotics stored in the fat?

  2. Just found you two. I have been enjoying all your videos. Question. I have been living a pretty clean keto lifestyle now for almost 2 years. My question is do you always need to eat high fat to stay as a fat burner? Other people say cut the fat and live off your own body fat. I am not over weight. Don't I need to eat the higher fat if I'm fueling my body on fat?

  4. Hey Dr. Gustin, could you explain WHY to avoid higher fat meats when poor quality fast-food meat is the only option? Is it because the bad aspects (hormones, etc.) are stored in the fat..? Hoping for some clarification, thanks!
