  1. Please dont make videos boring by takimg so much.. Just start witht he recipes and you coukd do all the suggestions while u cook… I mean its just am opinion..

  2. Soybean oil doesn't have inflammatory properties. Its omega 3 to omega 6 ratio is 1 : 7.6 which is acceptable. Highly inflammatory properties are oils with ratio above 1 : 20, and even up to 1 : 20 is passable. Of course best is to go under 1 : 5 but using oils within 1 : 20 ratio isn't that much unhealthy.
