  1. I just made my first smoothie. I will probably go to just do 1 TBLS Almond Butter and add my natural cacao powder. I bought the vanilla Keto Protein Powder for my hubby, but I think chocolate will help the taste a lot. I'm suffering from ulcerative colitis and some kind of stomach issue that is still unknown. Praying this will help me!!!! (along with seeing my physician of course!)

  2. I like to increase the fat even more by adding 1T of MCT oil. You can now get MCT Powder with different flavours.

  3. Can I use a substitute for avocado? I love it but it doesn’t love me due to a histamine intolerance 😝
