  2. Hey Bobby love your channel. You are mistaken about the eggs in EggMcMuffin’s though. Those are fresh cracked eggs in everyone of them, grade A large eggs. I cracked thousands working there in the mornings.

  3. Not sure if I'm missing something, but one of these sandwiches is about 900 calories with 80g of fat? I know its keto, but for people trying to eat reasonable macros that seems pretty crazy for a relatively small breakfast sandwich.

  5. Over 1100 calories for this breakfast, skip the biscuits they are 300 each. Though I guess you could compensate by lowering your calories for other meals, eating only half or sharing it. I know were not supposed to worry as much about calories on keto, but still an 1100 calorie meal is over the top.

  10. So, this is ok….however….I would go completely keto and substitute the chicken patty with chickpea cutlets. You will completely CUT OUT all saturated fat and cholesterol from the chicken patty….I make chickpea cutlets all the time…delicious and 100% healthy…you get fiber and protein from the cutlets without all the bad fats……πŸ‘πŸ‘
