  6. The brand of black beans I use list them as having 14g per 1/2 cup and contain 6g of dietary fiber, which is 8 net carbs. So I don't see why that wouldn't work. I don't use 100g at a time of beans anyway.

  7. Beans are life!! One reason of many I canโ€™t do keto…but I also have pcos so I wonder if they are okay for that condition. But I have an obsession with beans that I canโ€™t give them up
