Ingredients:
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp cinnamon
¼ cup sweetener (Golden Monkfruit)
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions:
✓ In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, sweetener; set aside.
✓ In another bowl mix the eggs, melted butter, vanilla.
✓ Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir to combine.
✓ Add 1½ cup blueberries and stir to combine; batter is very thick.
✓ Turn mixture out into the round dish (9 inches) lined with parchment paper and grease with oil.
✓ Evenly sprinkle 1/2 cup blueberries over the top.
✓ Evenly sprinkle 1 tbsp Sweetener over the top
✓ Bake for about 40-45 minutes at 350 F.
✓ Allow pie to cool in the pie dish.
