I STARTED to make the bombs, until I realized I needed the candied pecans (more work!😬)…so I dumped enough pecans in the coconut oil mixture in the sauce pan to fill it up , poured all of this conglomeration onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and popped it in the freezer! Break up the frozen mixture into bite sized pieces! Delicious pecan brittle! Soooo easy! Thanks, Steve!

  3. I'll give my two cents on fat bombs, because I know that's what the world has been waiting for πŸ˜‰ I think they should be reserved for maintenance weight. I do not use them when I have body fat reserves that I want to use up. That's why I do the fasting and intermittent fasting also. My body is sitting on a nice reserve of fat fuel… literally! And I'd like it sitting on a bit less of a fat reserve, so no fat bombs for me until my body fat percentage is where I want it to be. I see many people doing keto videos, who have been doing keto for years and should honestly be thin by now. When I go keto hard core, I drop weight fast. I lost 45 lbs in 3 months, by watching fat intake as well as carbs and moderate protein along with mixing in OMAD/ intermittent fasting. .. I put that in here for those who are really looking to maximize their weight loss.

  7. Hey man, love to see that this channel is growing. While I'm slightly miffed that pumpkin flavored things have been co-opted by basic white girls, this recipe engendered the idea of whatever variation you can concoct, since I have confidence that it'll be great, for a pumpkin style fat bomb (and possibly chaffle?). With autumn fast approaching, it could be a good way to draw in more viewership as well.
