There sure are a LOT of weight management tips across the internet, and after my research it appears finding the facts from trustworthy sources is harder than it seems. Heck, I’m a doctor and had trouble verifying a lot of this stuff, so how is someone without a medical degree supposed to find accurate and safe info? Today I’m taking a look at some popular weight loss tips around the internet to tell you what’s real and and what’s not.
I LOVE reading your comments and take your suggestions seriously. If there’s a subject you want me to discuss or something you’d like for me to react to, leave a comment down below. Many of my videos have been born out of suggestions directly from you, so don’t hold back!

I’m a family physician. I am using Noom and I’ve lost 33 lbs. Its affordable and really helps to find out what works for you.
I don’t know why no one talks about this but it’s an official unbelievable hack if I’m wrong prove me wrong I’m not challenging you to but Drinking water When you’re hungry instead of eating any food like when you’re not that hungry like you still have to eat but when you’re not that hungry or just a little bit hungry you can satisfy it with just a bit of water It helps a lot if you’re trying to decrease the amount of food you’re eating
Watching this the second time now and will probably rewatch it in a couple months. It's just nice to watch his videos.
This isn't a Noom Review, this is a Noom advert. Noom may be legit or not but don't take adverts at face value no matter who it is, whether they are trustworthy or not.
So i work secound shift this is my diet Monday to Friday I wake up at 11:30am to around 12am will consume 2 bottles of soda if want a snack. Around 12am i will start making food and i eat all i want for one meal. I do whatever until 3-4 am which i go to bed Saturday and Sunday i dink all the soda i want which around 5-7 cans for one day then eat 2 big meals a day for 2 days. One when I wake up and one at the regular time. I go to sleep at normal time but wake up 2-3pm on weekends. I stay around 145-150 pounds. Idk why it works for me but can someone explain this for me. Oh by they i am a fast eater you can thank the schools for that one

The drinking water before eating one has always had me hesitant – doesn't a glass of water before a meal essentially dilute your digestive enzymes?
Sure sounds like weight watchers
remember guys that protein advice he have given us is for normal people………not for bodybuilders like us
Taking lunch too work is a help. That way I am making better choices. Another thing that helps me is not looking at the scale. By not knowing what I weight I don't obsess about my weight. I know I have lost weight by how my cloths fit. It works for me. I was a 3 xl, now a large!
Thermogenesis is also why i only drink room temp water when drunk.
For beginners you think is a good and responsible idea talking bout fasting and hiit as a protocol? Some people consume 4000kcal a day and don't even know, making them bem 16hours whitout eating doesnt seem responsible
Awesome idea Skazi and psychadelic lights while i eat my dinner
What do you think of walking to lose weight
Only 2 yrs into figuring out a soy allergy that I finally pinned to what is been making me sick prettymuch my whole life, finally a good reason to like my tea plants so much.
I have a pitch black room. Love it!
everything in moderation is what I have to say it's not what you eat it's how much
I joined Noom about a month ago. I like it. I’m not losing weight but it’s an education at this point. I’m eating healthier food and logging my meals shows me what I’m consuming. It’s just another tool in my tool box.
Why does empty plate make me more hungry 😩
Here's a tip for drinking black coffee, you can use a sugar substitute like raw monk fruit, or Splenda, or anything that works for you, it's still 0 calories but it tastes really sweet and is easy to drink
