  17. Great talk. Dominic I know a lot of females that power through fasting states! Of course you are just speaking the truth of your observations, but had to comment 🙂. #girlpower I will say burning through stored fat deposits (dislodging Buried estrogen is my guess) in the women I have helped detox from sugar/carbs causes some crazy initial changes both physical and mental. (Enlarged breasts and swelling under the skin etc). That levels off quickly obviously much faster in those that were already restricting carbs. Thanks for all your work! I am keto for life! When I take a day off and cycle out I can’t wait to jump back in the next day! Let’s all elongate our telomeres 😀😀and live long pain free lives. Is keto the fountain of youth? 👍🏻👍🏻 I think so but opinions are a dime a dozen.

  19. The Ketogenic diet is a powerful tool to fix metabolic issues. Some folks tolerate carbs well, but many don't (diabetics and obese). Obese individuals don't get fat from eating butter or bacon & eggs. They got fat from overeating carbohydrates such as sugary drinks, snack foods and grain products (like bread). Dr D is one of the best research PhDs in this field. Very good content in this podcast. Thanks. BTW, I've been following a Ketogenic lifestyle for months now, which corrected a plethora of issues.
