This week we tried Low Carb Yum’s Keto Teriyaki Crockpot Chicken recipe. It was so simple to throw together and totally satisfied my craving for chicken teriyaki! I adapted it slightly to add a little spice and used minced ginger instead of a ginger paste (which I find usually has added sugar in it). While we chose to serve ours over riced broccoli, this recipe would also be great on lettuce wraps or over cauliflower rice.
