The problem with shellfish is they're mostly farm raised in grocery stores. Very hard to find wild caught, and also very expensive.
Your PDF on Keto shopping list says avoid shellfish?? Doesn't even mention carrots on any of the categories good or bad…
3:01 I thought it was “BIZ”, not B12. 😆😆
Am determined to try shell fish. Would love my kids to try them! Love ur videos Dr. Berg. Transformative!
So I got this big pack of cooked frozen mussels and I’m surprised at how many carbs are in them. I thought animal protein was supposed to be mostly free of carbohydrates but this is going to be the majority of my daily allowance for the day.
How about fruits like blueberries and banana?
The Norwegian wild salmon has almost gone extinct and fishing it is no longer legal. We don’t get to eat wild salmon in Norway. Only the farmed one.
That’s why I’m craving crab meat all the time. I love crab! I’m a cancer… sorry crabs but you are so delicious 🥺
I love mussels.. but they are higher in carbs. I am having some for lunch and not eating the succulent sauce.
Is it best to eat shellfish cokked or raw? do you get more of the nutrients in raw shellfish, such as sashimi ? and is eating raw shellfish good or bad on one's liver ?
Braking my fast with crab is ok?!
Super source of selenium in Brazil nuts. Like 2-3 for DV% -Dr. ANDREW Huberman

Will mussels kick me out of ketosis?

Got the shell fish right. Now I just gotta work on not deep frying it even if it is fried in organic E.V.O.O.
I love seafoods 👍
@Dr. Eric Berg DC
Is it possible to slow cook shells of clams, mussles, etc. until they dissolve or soften enough to put into a blender?
Really need more information on microplastics impact on human health.
why is shrimp "farm raised"? where can i find a natural or is that "natural"?
One of my fave channels, always great content..
But no way can you put beef liver at the bottom of the list.
Not a chance. Veggies dont come anywhere close to what a serving of calves liver will give you
I had 7 lobster tails the last week. My mind has never been so good. Maybe it is placebo, but posted it if you want to try something.
I eat scallops with butter 3 days a week! Best flavor ever
I am gonna eat schrimps today, was curious about the health benefits. I also saw a few other videos here on the tube whom claimed that schrimps are unhealthy, are they full of it?
I wish I wasn’t allergic
