  1. I’m the middle child out of eight, so I started using food as a substitute for attention and comfort from a very early age. Because diabetes runs in my family, I was well aware that it would likely affect me at some point. I simply carried on eating what I thought was a somewhat healthy diet. In May of 2019, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My doctor put me on meds.

Even with the meds things went the wrong way. I realized I needed to change my way of eating in order to improve my health. Fortunately, my nurse recommended a keto website. And decided to try keto diet. Ever since i went on keto, my type 2 diabetes started gradually improving. I gradually lowered my diabetes medication, untili could go off it completely by February, 2021.

  2. Do you have the recipe for the cabbage stew? My papa is on a low carb diet and I'd love to make it for him. My nana don't cook lol. So he's only been eating salad.

  3. Changed my life. I will never eat the same ever again. "Unless you physically trip and your face lands in a box weightlose.fitness of donuts, there is no such thing as a 'slip'." Get that mind set and you'll win again and again.

  4. I am so grateful to Dr uzoya on YouTube who cured me from diabetes with his effective herbal products. I will spread your good news here in the United States.

  5. Wish I could like pork rinds for a snack. But may try to use them for a breading on chicken or fish.

  6. Love your videos,Bobby. I went to Costco today. They’re clearing out the Plainville 3 pack of organic turkey breast for $4.97! What a great deal! Not sure how long the keep in the freezer. Anyone know?

  7. I don't get jerks in my legs and full body anymore since doing low carb for last several months.

  8. Could you have Art face timing in the background on your next vid? Like you did during quarantine.

  9. This was great Bobby. I have been eating this way for a year and a half and has restored my health! Please do what Desi, Babba Doni and Rosy eat in a day!!

  10. Bobby – I can’t find the list of your Thrive Market favorites. I want to order some of your favorites. I also can’t find the link for Thrive. Please share again. Thank you!

  11. I am 53 years old raised on a 200 acre farm our chickens / hens were fed Pellets and Chicken Scratch…. In their pen …. Part of an article…. because this confused me with GMO — There is no nutritional difference between chicken products in which chickens have been fed genetically modified crops versus chickens that have not. Once feed is digested by the animal, there is no way to distinguish any difference.

Furthermore, there is no food safety—or any other risk—to the health and well-being of consumers when they consume chicken or other animal agriculture products (e.g. eggs, dairy), which have been raised with genetically modified feed ingredients, as demonstrated through more than 20 years of the widespread use of GMO grains in conventional agriculture. Most importantly, this position is supported by the World Health Organization (WHO) and National Academy of Sciences.

  12. Outer Isle cauliflower thins at Costco in Eugene Oregon, yesterday, 3/9!!! Couldn't believe my eyes. 14 of them for under$10!!!

  13. The mindfulness book "30 Days to Overcome Sugar Addiction" by Harper Daniels is a good resource.

  14. Help, how do you do Keto + Caholic during Lent… Eastern Rite, no eggs or dairy until Easter?

  15. I miss your content where you cooked food instead of just better for you processed foods. I understand both are important. Most of us cant afford to eat all the processed foods you reccomend. Showing us how we can make similar foods would be a better choice in my opinion.

  16. excellent research and presentation. I've been a long time subscriber and take notes on everything you do because I'm studying for a doctorate in naturopathic medicine who knows if I'll ever get it but I use this information to share with other people to make their lives better during this terrible crisis we are now facing. Please answer me if there's a drawing.

  17. Iv been on keto 5wks and have lost 13lbs….l thought ld watch this wen it appeared on my feed…dont have any of those products in the uk…l did buy a keto loaf online…it cost £10 for the loaf and £5.00 for delivery and this was within the UK…l dont think l will bother again…it was very chewy and had strange texture…anyhow l will just carry on with wot lm doing lm sure l will get to my goal eventually….

  18. The ketogenic diet is f'ing stupid. If you eat that way for a long time you are going to get heart disease. I was doing it for two months because of type 2 diabetes and my LDL went from 100 to 150. It was ridiculous. I was stupid. Don't be stupid. A traditional low fat high fruit and vegetable diet is the healthiest way to eat. It doesn't matter if you have diabetes. You can can control your blood sugar levels just as well by eating fruit, beans, lentils, whole grains, potatoes, and even pasta! It's the fat that causes insulin resistance, not carbohydrates or even sugar. It obviously is good to avoid high glycemic foods until you get your blood sugar under control but you don't have to be in frigging "ketosis" to do that. It is stupid.

  19. 40% of my diet is carbs and I am in very good shape, Carbs, fats and proteins all have good and bad versions. There is nothing wrong with eating the right kind of carbs, just stay away from the junk like high sugar foods cake, donuts etc.
