  1. Thanks for your video :). I first tried the keto diet about two years ago, with amazing results at that time. Unfortunately, I can't bear it anymore due to the keto flu symptoms. Strong migraines and mental confusion made me stop, and now I'm only fasting, which also becomes challenging when I try more aggressive protocols like 18:6 or 20:4 due to increased ketone levels. I also tried cycle ketogenic diet, but every week the migraines start on the third day. Do you have any suggestions for me? Thank you so much 🙂
