Mexican Chicken Casserole!!

Ingredients-
* 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
* 14 ounces diced green chilies
* 3 cups Mexican shredded cheese. divided
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1/4 cup sliced olives
* 1 tomato diced
* 1 avocado diced
* Fresh chopped cilantro

instructions –
* preheat oven to 400°
* Butter or grease a 9 x 13“ casserole dish
* Brown chicken over medium heat in oil, 3 minutes per side.
* Arrange chicken in dish overlapping as little as possible.
* in a medium bowl combine sour cream, Green chilies including juice, and 2 cups cheese.
* Place mixture on chicken, then top with one cup of cheese.
* bake at 400° for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
* Garnish with diced olives, tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
