  1. Vegetarian kept doings interesting.I’ve always been kind of put off keto due to the high in fat in diet ie a lot of meat / protein etc but it’s good to know that there are other options that can mix and match.

  3. Great tips, I tried to start Keto around the same time you did this year but was unable to maintain it. I'm trying to go back to it now. Just curious, have you tried Cauliflower kheer? I tried making noatmeal but found that we don't have hemp hearts where I'm at. I'm thinking of replacing it with cauliflower. I wonder what that will taste like …

  4. No need to demonize animal products… the world would be way healthier if people ate bacon and eggs as opposed to grains and sugar. Why has India been so devastated by covid? Because their mainly vegetarian/plant based diet has made the metabolically/chronically diseased resulting in the mass death.

  5. I haven't got the "Keto Diet Goals" from anyone but only you…. Why's that?… Is there something I'm missing to tell me that you really care about being healthy & making people feel that Kind of also… "You is 1 of a Kind."
