  1. I'll be honest. Looking at some of your meals you definitely didn't do keto right. Like the chipotle meal way too many carbs and not enough fats. Tbh I think you are too small for keto at this point. Lol. Not enough fat on your body to fuel. Keto is really good for those over weight or that are insulin resistant. It you have that so 🤷🏾‍♀️

  2. Hi Keltie! I just wanted to let you know that the whip cream from Starbucks actually is NOT keto. Speaking as a previous Starbucks barista, they mix vanilla syrup and heavy whipping cream to make the whipped cream and unfortunately the vanilla syrup that is used does have sugar in it. Hope I was helpful!

    No fries.

  5. You can eat berries and veggies on keto…. it makes me sad you have such a negative perspective of keto I think it’s partially due to how much you eat out. No shame just there isn’t a large variety of easy keto options but when it comes to cooking you can make so much variety of delicious foods!! Like yes a sad McDonald’s patty on its own is going to not feel satisfying lol also it takes time to overcome a sugar addiction.

  6. Not eating cheese or avocado on Keto must be SOOOO HARD. those were my favorite things to eat on keto 😩

  7. Starbucks whipped cream is not keto. I use to work there and there is a lot of vanilla syrup they put in it.

  9. I really like Hardees BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER without the bun. I find it filling and really the only fast food I like since I eat keto.

  11. On a positive note more places are becoming keto friendly. Mr.sub now has keto buns (temporarily in certain locations). I just Started keto and this video made my night. Unfortunately I can't eat most foods and keto is best for PCOS so I'm sticking to it. Homemade food is best in my opinion.

  14. What a fun experience, I could never go Keto. BUT have you tried Cafe Rio?! Ever since I tried cafe rio I’ve never been back to Chipotle .. chipotle is now flavorless
