Made with almond flour, cocoa powder and sugar free chocolate chips, these homemade brownies are fudgy, gooey, super chocolaty, and easy to make and will absolutely satisfy your chocolate cravings.

Pan size: 8 x 8 inch (20 x 20 cm) square pan

INGREDIENTS
2 large eggs at room temperature
1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract
¾ cup (150g) granulated erythritol
¼ cup (60mL) melted coconut oil or butter
½ cup (120mL) unsweetened almond milk at room temperature

2 cups (200g) blanched almond flour
½ cup (50g) unsweetened Dutch cocoa powder
1 teaspoon (4g) powdered espresso or instant coffee
2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
¼ teaspoon (1g) salt
2 ounces (60g) sugar-free chocolate chips

Bake at 340°F (171°C) for 35-40 minutes.

  4. Hello, this looks delicious and some time after christmass I will definitely try it.
    It makes a lot more sense than the recipe I made this morning (great reviews but I didn't completely stick to it). It turned out alright in taste but either I messed up, when I played with it, or I overbaked it a bit, because it has a not very thin outer layer, that is hard and almost crispy.
    I like that there's some almond milk here and not just butter and eggs and there is also less sweetener, both differences should prevent the texture I got today.
    Thank you so much for providing wonderfull recipes.
    PS: What do you think about sunflower seed flour? I like to use it when I think I can get away with it (not because of alergies, just because it's cheaper and has more protein). It's worked for me in gingerbread loaf and carrot cake, but now I'm worried this substitution may have contributed to my brownie being drier than I wanted. Have you ever baked with it? Do you agree that it's a 1 to 1 substitute for almond flour like most people say? Or would you make other adjustments? (And yes, I'm planning to replace 1/2 of the flour in these brownies with it as well, even though it will make them at least a little bit worse, I'm curious if it will still be good enough to make them repeatedly.) Sorry for ranting and pestering you for advice that isn't about the recipe as you originally made it.

Every night I can’t wait to finish dinner just to have another piece of warmed brownie with a scoop of coconut based ice cream.   27. As usual I LOVE the esthetic of your videos it’s soo calming and yummy 😋 at the same time ! This time I decided to make the cake. I didn’t have almond flour so I grounded whole almonds (I know it’s a lot richer 🥴! but cheaper too) I loved the taste of these brownies 👍 The combination of coconut flavor, the hint of coffee and the chocolate is just perfect to me. My cake came out more gummy (is that a word?) than yours I guess because of my grounded almonds I think I’ll raise the temperature a bit next time as I didn’t get enough crispness on top. Thanks a lot ! Could you do a recipe with exotic fruits (pineapple mango passion fruit for ex) or are they too high in sugar for keto ?
