  1. you should test your blood sugars after using "Cut Da Carb" product. seriously! main ingredient is WHEAT FLOUR. okay, so they add pysllium to it for fibre so that on the nutrition label it shows all this fibre which of course you offset from the carbs. Sorry, you can't top everything with psyllium and have no insulin spike.

  7. Next time try slamming the cabbage, core down, against your cutting board/ counter. Core should break. Remove than peel leaves.

  8. The next time you put your cabbage in the freezer, cut out the core first. Then fill with water in that whole you made. Wrap in saran wrap. It will just peel off. To thaw out put upside down in the sink. I did this to make galumpkie. So easy. Gonna try these recipes look so good.

  12. I do it opposite and steam them to get them fully cooked and then do a quick sear of them afterwards. A wok might work better with some oil in the bottom so they deep fry a little. Anyone not wanting the added fat can just do the steaming.

  14. You are folding crab rangoon like spanakopita. You should try that recipe. It uses feta and spinach. Everything else is the same.

  15. Just a carb cutting tip. Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat Lavash has fewer net carbs and is a fraction of the cost. It's also widely available in my area in local grocery stores. They are only 4 net carbs per piece! They also make great tortilla chips when deep fried.

  16. Thought you may like to know that your videos have helped inspire me to try keto again. I need to lose about 7 kg (1 stone approx) and being 65 I just can’t seem to do it. My daughter needs to lose 3 stones so I need to go on it with her so we can both be successful. Thanks guys. Oh, by the way, I’m a twin too 😄
