These gooey keto chocolate peanut butter bars are fudgy and just the right amount of sweetness for me. They are full of the goodness of nuts and fat, so they are a perfect healthy fat bomb. These keto peanut butter bars can be a keto fat bomb or snac or even a keto dessert. These fat bombs for keto will take away all your cravings in a small serving and they last you a while because in this case, little is more. My husband and I are in love with these and I need to make another batch ASAP, since they are such an easy keto recipe. You can replace the peanut butter with almond butter or any other nut butter for that matter. Also the almond flour can be replaced with a seed flour or any keto flour of your choice. Store these in the fridge at all times.

I am always trying to create easy and quick low carb recipes. And I think that this healhty keto snack is a perfect example of that. It will also last you a while. So the effort is well worth. And who doesn’t like a chocolate fat bomb! I urge you to try this peanut butter fat bomb recipe and let me know how you like it. Happy cooking. Or rather Happy cooling.

  1. Amul sugarfree it is no KETO chocolate! Maltitol sweetner give insulin jump

  2. Love affair with cramps, bloating, diarrhea?….then keto sweet treats are for you…..erythritol is not your friend.
Just remember kiddies desserts cannot be faked without consequences….trust me… household learned the hard way so instead what we did is cleaned our bad eating habits the f*ck up and earned the right to have desserts made out of……you know, dessert and not thing thing of ibs nightmares.

    Eat clean……earn your desserts.

  3. Really I like all your preparation
You have taken much effort and make it easy for us. My husband is enjoying the dishes I cook.

  4. TODAY!!!! Also I am craving your flax crackers but can NOT find it. Help me please.

  5. Have you ever tried Anthony's peanut flour? It's magical 😊 I use it when I make chocolate peanut butter bars.

  6. Looks great Sonal!!! I never got into fat bombs until one day I wanted a cookie so I made a no bake cookie with peanut butter, stevia chocolate chips and coconut flour! I want to try yours one day too! Looks incredible!

  7. Sorry but this recipe is anything but ketogenic and is certainly far from healthy. It’s better than eating hostess cupcakes, but that’s about it. There is so much deception in this pop culture keto realm. Peanut butter, especially in this high of an amount, is loaded with carbs—not to mention inflammatory mold aflatoxins (look it up). Loads of alternative sweeteners like stevia, swerve etc also cause insulin spikes. The mere sweet taste on your palate will trigger this. This whole nonsense of “net carbs” is one of several tricks major food giants to label their products as “keto,”when often they are far from it. Keto on a good package label means about as much as “all natural.” Do your research. Don’t just read grocery checkout fad diet magazines or watch fad diet channels like this, if you really want to succeed on a primitive and genuinely weight loss approach to food. So much BS out there.

  8. How are these fat bombs going to help people lose weight, reverse signs of aging, and improve their heart health? Would it be a terrible idea to learn about ways to do that with a completely different diet?

  9. My dear..🥰
Plz can u suggest some uses for coconut butter.. how to incorporate in recipes 🙏🏽💜

  10. Can you share some what I eat in a day. I’m running out of idea. And my A1c not good at all.

  11. Looks great! I have a pound of cacao butter I might be able to use with something like this. I'm making a keto pumpkin pie this weekend for Thanksgiving. Might give this a try next week. Thanks Sonal!

  12. True keto/healthy eating really does not entail sweets, even with stevia or Swerve. Keto means eating foods with one ingredient, like a piece of meat, cabbage or collards. These recipes are okay on occasion, but you will not see results eating this sort of thing regularly. Almond flour is high is carbs. Peanut butter is very unhealthy and even more carb-laden—50 grams in in this recipe. Peanuts are not nuts, but are legumes. Peanuts are loaded with mold aflatoxins and are a major cause of inflammation liver damage etc. I'm sure this recipe is delicious and certainly better than eating a candy bar, but it is far from ketogenic and very not healthy. Look up peanut butter and aflatoxins.
