NOTE*
The Macros DO NOT include the “carbs” from Swerve. Swerve has 0 calories, so it should be tracked as 0 carbs. The FDA makes food companies list “sugar alcohols” as carbs, but that doesn’t mean they should be tracked as such. That’s why it’s ALWAYS important to look at the calories of sweeteners and determine the true carb count FROM THE CALORIES!

  1. Just made this .. came out amazing . I used coconut dairy free plain yogurt for the frosting

  2. У тебя столько классных рецептов,а на русском нет🤤🙏

  3. I've been doing this for almost a week and i'm down 4 pounds. I skip the butter step. Fine without it. I've tried a few times using almond flour and baking powder instead of the self-rising flour, but it fails to keep a form in the microwave.

  4. Omg I wasn't expecting this to turn out so yummy! My roll was bubbly and wet when it was cooking in the microwave (I used a clear cup so I could see what's going on). And then what I did was pop it into my toaster oven for another 10 mins and my oh my! It was crusty on the top and just the right crumble on the insides!

  5. Hey Joe, this cinnamon roll looks unreal! 😋 -I’m trying to cut down a bit on nut flours (not eliminate, just cutting back)…do you think using 1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup unflavoured (or vanilla) protein powder could give a fairly nice dough consistency? I just watched your low calorie one and noticed you used a bit of protein powder too. Thank you soooo much for this! Your channel rocks!

  6. Awesome recipe! I was missing ingredients so I subbed banana for egg and used protein pancake mix instead of almond flour. Still came out great! Thanks for sharing💯

  7. I only have an erythritol stevia mix. Will that not work? Also my brown sugar is erythritol and stevia combined. Is just normal vanilla essence ok? Thanks

  8. Oooo weee!!! I found this recipe on Pinterest. I had to find you on YouTube because this was actually delicious 😋!! I baked mine in the oven. The first bite I had to put the fork down and do a dance 🩰. Folks try this one. It is a keeper.

  9. Oh my God this was amazing me and my partner loved it ❤ it saved us from not cheating 😁😁

  10. Just made this and tagged you on Instagram! Bruh it's so chewy and yummy and amazing
I used a little bit of confectioners swerve, 5g o BPN cinnamon roll protein powder and some cashew milk for the icing 😋

  11. I made this today and omg I loved it , i added some cream cheese to my icing and I wasn’t expecting it to be so good . Definitely will be making again ! Thank you for the video 😊

  12. Hello Joe,
Thanks for this recipe. If I wanted to make 6 at a time do I simply double the X3 option on your website?
    Do these freeze well? Thanks.
