  1. If you want to get rid of fat, I recommend the Agoge diet. I lost lots of fat and felt great all the way.

  2. Most of these diets are very punishing to the body, some are outright dangerous. For me, only Agoge diet showed great results and was easy to adhere to.

  7. First of all you are asking the wrong person, do not talk to a general doctor. They do not know that much about the Keto Diet and have not lived the life style.

  8. All that fat will clog up your arteries just like fatbergs clog up a sewer system. You might look skinny but you are still going to have a heart attack. Anyone who is on Keto should have their heart and head examined.

  9. The keto flu is entirely optional and is related to not keeping up your electrolytes of sodium, potassium, and magnesium. This is especially critical at the start of the diet as your body will flush out a lot of electrolytes as you lose muscle and liver sugar (glycogen) early on. A person's prior level of carb/sugar intake does not really impact any keto flu symptoms, however it certainly will contribute to their carb withdrawal symptoms.
