  2. These were absolutely THE best Keto donuts I have ever had and I have been on Keto for 3 years. I made very minimal changes because I didn't have the exact ingredients. I used powdered peanut butter. I made it with water to the right consistency then added 5 Tbsp. This made 8 donuts like you said it would. Before putting them in the oven I added some homemade strawberry chia jam on top and baked them. So very yummy. Moist and just sweet enough to satisfy that craving. I did not put the icing but I will.Thanks for the recipe.

  5. I have the So Nourished erythritol/monk fruit blend sweetener and I tried PB cookies with it once and they left that cold aftertaste. I couldn't stand it cuz it was so strong. And now I'm afraid to bake with it again. I've heard so many others mention that cold taste when using erythritol but so many of these baking vids don't mention it. Is it possibly the brand I'm using? Did these donuts have that aftertaste? This recipe looks soooo good and I wanna try it soooo bad lol.
