I wanted to like these but they're a big no for me 🙁
Wish you would write a cook Book, keto ,I would order one
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp vanilla
40 drops of stevia
@DrBerg I just came across this video and I wish that you would update it and sub organic raw almond butter for the peanut butter. Peanuts are legumes and we really should not be eating them. They have a very high ratio of omega-6 fatty acids compared to omega-3. Plus they have a tendency to have mold in them. Otherwise a Yummy recipe!
These are the best! And I tried different recipes from other YouTubers.
How many total carbs are in these fat bombs?
Not sure why I can't get to the recipes? It takes me to you shop instead of recipes.
Okay noted how many can one consume in a day
Peanut butter is worse for my puncreas.
Peanuts are just worse for puncreas.
The recipe in the link is totally different .
Just started making keto recipes, I wish you would make & bake more recipes for us! 😸
One most definitely always colors inside the lines and the other definitely does not. 😂 these two are so cute together
Si pa bon
Delicious! I made for the first time yesterday and my husband ate all but two so I made another batch today to hide from him. Today instead of the coconut oil I used beef tallow…wow, really good! I dropped a whole pecan in the center of a few because some days I feel like a nut. 😄 I divided them into 15 servings using those tiny lollipop cupcake papers from the bakery section and the numbers are…Calories 77, Carb 1, Fat 8, Protein 1 and sugars a big fat ZERO! Next time I’m trying the recipe using bacon fat, chocolate and bacon go together perfectly.
I don't get it , most peanut butter is loaded with sugar.
I'm so confused. Recipe on video and recipe given are different!
😀
OH MY GOD these are KILLER
Came🥰 out delicious /thank u💜
No macros. The recipe on blog doesn't match the recipe on YouTube, not even close.
What are the facts nutritions in each one ? 🤔
I’m new to keto. Do i only eat 1 per day or per meal? And does that also pertain to all the fat bombs?
my friends mum has a breast cancer and i want to use a healthy butter. any suggestions? thanks
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us.
Do you need the sweetener? And if so what should be used? Always thought that was bad for you. But I trust Dr. Berg, would appreciate if anyone has any tips. And also Is my cacao powder high carb mine has 54g per 100 g. Is it a bad one?
No butter in the ingredients list and no vanilla in the video 😫😫
On your website it doesn't mention butter and all this time I was making it without butter… Tonight I will try with butter.
Would be helpful to see the packaging of the ingredients you’re using for those of us new to keto and trying to figure out which chocolate to use.

What are the macros???
This is a high oxalate bomb! Chocolate and peanuts are high in ocalic acid which will ruin your health ove time.
OMG!!! I just tried this one and it is amazingly yummy. I love love love it!!! So happy I came across this recipe. Thank you Dr. Berg and Karen. 😍😍😍
This is my 2nd time making these but I may have to slow down because my husband is eating waaaay more than Dr. Berg recommends. LOL
super tasty! Thank you so much!!
Meanwhile over at the Berg Burg..
I just made these and they are so good. I added a bit more coco powder because the peanut butter was over powering. I had to add another tbsp. of stevia erythitol mix to get the right sweetness. They are incredible. Thank you so much.
Cocoa powder has caffeine. Is there an alternative?
