Fried chicken was one of those meals I expected to say goodby to until after we were done with keto. However, we discovered this AMAZING keto fried chicken recipe that used pork rinds and parmesan cheese for the breading, and we made this keto version of Canes Sauce from Raising Canes to go with it! This was SO good! We both were amazed at how delicious everything turned out!

  1. Chicken thighs are the legit best choice for this! I love them the best! Just found your channel and Instagram! Subbed and following! Love Disney too!

  2. Looked so good! I’ve used pork rinds before for breading for chicken and pork chops.

  3. That looks so good. The Canes sauce looks so good and easy to make. My family loves Canes so we will have to try this out. Thanks for sharing.

  4. Thank you for this recipe I’m definitely going to try this. I only like cooking meals that are quick and have small amounts of ingredients. So this is perfect

  5. I don’t think I could get away with using pork rinds. Boo would be not into it. 🤣 But…mmmmmmm…fried chicken. 🤤

  6. Everytime you do a meal using the air fryer, I'm slightly more convinced that I should get one…..that chicken looked really tasty and easy! And I am going to have to try the Canes sauce!!!!! That stuff, I swear, has crack in it. So yummy.

  7. So last night I made something similar, Chicken Parmesan. Made the chicken same way except for no paprika and added garlic powder. When it had about 6 min left I put a little tomato basil sauce (lower carb than marinara) and topped with mozzarella and omg!! It was my favorite meal and I thought of you guys! Lol. Maybe y’all would like it. I would make it not on keto. And my 12 year old said it may be the best thing I’ve ever made.

  8. We have made chicken parm with the pork rind/parm cheese breading, it came out amazing. We've also done fried chicken by using ranch dressing instead of egg wash but it adds more carbs and calories. Still delicious!

  9. I'm glad you explained, because I had never heard of Canes sauce! Sounds very yummy!

Also, dino cookie cutters to make dino nuggets??

  10. What a great idea to use pork rinds instead of bread crumbs! I’m so boring but I don’t enjoy seasoning of any kind so I’d probably just have the chicken and ketchup. I know. I know.

I was super hopeful for the Big Game but was very disappointed.

  11. The candle on the edge of the cutting board always makes me so nervous😂😂 don't knock it over! 😣 great video😊

  12. omg you say "ongion!" I had never heard this pronunciation until I started watching "Weed 'em and Reap" vlogs, now you're the second person I've heard pronounce it this way.

  13. We were so not knowing what to do for dinner tonight… and whala… Keto fried chicken it is!! Thank you for this! Looks so so so yummy!

  14. According to Google the British pronounce Wocestershire sauce as
    wu·stuh·shuh saws

    The American pronounce it as
    wu·stuh·shr saas

  15. Try the same breading recipe on sliced avocado. And then use a ranch type dipping sauce. Very keto friendly and you’re getting your good fat from the avocado.

  16. Adam what about using the breading & sauce for zucchini califlower onion rings pork chops too GODS BLESSINGS

  17. In the UK we just pronounce it “wuster” sauce, we don’t really pronounce the “shire” bit. 😄

  18. We can't say that W….word either!!!! I'm with Sherri, on the pepper, but mine would be even less!!! Chicken sure looked Delish! Snowplow finally went by, been snowing big beautiful flakes since 7 am…its after 1 here, now! On top of the 18" we got last Sunday, into tues! Feels like we're in a snow globe! Or in AK!

  19. Almost the same as the Chick-fil-A recipe (without the pickle juice 😊)
I have to try this recipe soon. Yum👍🏻

  20. Please get yourself a meat thermometer and make sure that chicken gets up to 165°. We all want you to stay healthy!!

  21. Adam!

I’ve been a huge “fan from afar” for quite a while now. I really enjoy your videos, especially the Keto cooking demos. I have been eating predominantly Keto since last fall, and I really enjoy watching these.

But buddy … can we talk about the hat?!?!?

    #boomboomclap #scarvesup #stid

😀 Seriously, though- Love the content. Keep it coming!

  22. Are you kidding me? I literally just made fried chicken with the same pork rinds a few days ago! I was super happy with the outcome. If only I could make it taste like Popeyes or Bojangles.
