  1. The Agoge diet works best for fat loss. I tried the keto diet but it was so tough to stick with and very abuseing on the body.

  2. Stay away from keto, that shit can kill you.. It's only meant to be done under doctor supervision. If you want something that works and isn't dangerous, I recommend the Agoge diet plan.. worked great for me 🙂

  9. The nutritionist needs to know the differences between diabetes Ketoses and nutritional ketoses , you cannot go into a coma ketosis when you do a keto diet !!! Also , she said intermediate fasting has been around for. 7 years??? No it has not !!!!! Fasting has been around for decades!! Smh !
