  3. Very tasty mashed. This method of folding in other veggies answers the texture problem when your eye sees mashed potatoes and your tongue says something is wrong here.   4. I just made this and all my veggies burned in the oven!! You say turn the oven on to 450 degrees (for 30 mins) but after my cauliflower and brussel sprouts burned, I checked the actual recipe online and it says turn the stove onto 400 degrees! lol oh well πŸ™‚
