  1. oatmeal is not keto. oatmeal is turned to glucose which causes insulin spike. this is fine for a non over weight person just trying to avoid carbs. but certainly not keto. low carb doesn't mean it is keto. keto means you must avoid all foods that turn to glucose. glucose prevents you from obtaining ketosis. I didn't even watch this video. I am looking for real keto recipes.

  2. Just curious, have you by any chance counted the calories of each cookie? Or calories of the whole batch?

  3. Hi. I wanna try these!! But I'm not about to buy a $10 bag of psyllium husk powder for an entire 1/4 teaspoon worth in the recipe. Why psyllium powder? Did you try anything else that was okay such as a bit more xanthan gum? Ten bucks bag for a whole quarter teaspoon? That ain't happenin.

  4. I’ve just recently made keto chocolate chip cookies that were good but was looking for something that was more like oatmeal. These look easy and like they will fit the bill. Thanks.
