I wanted to add a little spice to my morning so I made these keto pancakes! Very easy recipe with everything mixed in a blender.

Makes: 18

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup sugar free sweetener
1/2 cup nut milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt

1️⃣ Add cream cheese, eggs, coconut flour, sweetener, nut milk, baking powder, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2️⃣ Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet to low medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Pour enough pancake batter to form a 3 inch pancake. Repeat if you have room. Let cook until edges are set and you can easily slide a spatula under the pancake and drag it away.
3️⃣ Flip the pancake and let cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  2. I whipped up this recipe yesterday and it’s amazing ❤. I’ve been craving pancakes but decided to make waffles using my Dash multi mini waffle maker. I made 15 waffles and they’re amazing. I popped a couple in my air fryer to crisp them up. Thank you so much for this recipe. When I go on My Fitness Pal and calculate 18, the net carbs come to 4.3, so not sure where the difference is.

  3. Not too bad but they were falling apart trying to flip so I used an egg ring with 1/8 th cup of batter at 200 degrees on an induction thingy for 12 min, pulled the ring off and flipped it. Perfect!!!

  6. ? I want to do keto for my husband and myself. But counting carbs, net carbs , potein, fats etc I find so difficult to deal with. Is there a 7 to 14 day diet that's already measured out with those categories so is not to have to try to deal with it?

  12. Can’t wait to try this and betting you can make a Japanese soufflé pancake with this, just white the egg whites separately and fold in the rest of the ingredients. Define it’s going to try this thanks again especially since I prefer coconut flour than almond.
