  6. Love this idea. Going through some of your older videos to look for recipes. Everything you put out tastes so great! We have a place in town that does take n bake pizza, and they do this but you get a smaller pizza and it’s like $10 eac. I’m definitely doing this.

  8. Ricotta is traditionally a whey cheese and high in carbohydrates. Different brands have different amounts of whey and vary a lot. It’s a matter of reading the label and deciding which has little enough.

  11. This is great. As much as I like pizza, I can live easily with the flavor profile of the sauce, cheese, & toppings! I can live sans bread while doing keto. While people have created cheese crusts or chicken crusts, I think this is a better option!
