  9. I've been reading your blog for a while now but had no idea you also have a youtube channel. I found you here by accident and am so glad I did! This recipe seems very easy to make and watching the video made me happy. I think it's the music and also knowing that the ingredients won't break the bank. Cheers from Sweden. 🙂

  10. THANK YOU SO MUCH! This recipe has become a go-to. I make a full pot every four or five days and split it into four servings, putting three in the fridge for later. Now I have a delicious meal I can quickly heat up in a pot when I'm hungry but am running short on time. I've never commented on a keto recipe video before, but this one has earned it!

  11. Basically, this is a keto version of Zuppa Tuscana from Olive Garden. I prefer making it with cauliflower cut from the stems. It feels more like the original potato ingredient.

  12. low carb, sure but this doesn't have enough fat and protein ratio to carbs to be anywhere near keto. f:4/p:3/c:1 — triple the the cream, used bullion instead of broth, double the meat, why would you use low sodium chicken broth and then add salt… also, season your own sausage from scratch leaving out the brown sugar.

  13. OH this will be a nice keto substitute for my sausage & potato soup. (Which I miss DEARLY!) But I use hot Italian sausage.
