Please note this bread is ZERO Net Carb per slice, the total carbs are fantastic too. We were told this Keto Sourdough Bread is the closest tasting to the regular Sourdough Bread, so we are bringing this recipe to you. We cover taste, texture and of course, we chose it because it’s an easy but delicious recipe. I love Breadsticks dipped in flavored oil or warm butter.
If you wish to make a full loaf size just double the ingredients and add to 1 loaf tin.

Serves 16 (this bread is quite filling so you may prefer 16 pieces)
Nutritional Information per slice (for 16 slice loaf) :
Cal: 104| Net Carb: 0g | Fibre: 2g | Total Carbs: 1g | Fat: 9.1g | Protein: 3.81g

Serves 8 (you could cut it thicker or have 2 slices and these are the macros)
Nutritional Information per slice (for 8 slice loaf):
Cal: 207.88| Net Carb: 0g | Fibre: 4.12g | Total Carbs: 2g | Fat: 18.25g | Protein: 7.62g

Ingredients:
3 Eggs
10g/1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
45g/3 tbsp Butter, melted
100g/½ cup Ground Chia Seeds
110g/1 cup Almond Flour
2g/½ tsp Pink Salt
2g/½ tsp Baking Soda
16g/1 tbsp Sweetener
