  10. Hello, I love your videos. I am 54, female, healthy weight and IF 16/8. I am trying to eat lower carb again but when I add more protein and fat, I get gout.This does not happen when I am doing Paleo. I drink over 80 oz of water a day (I float) zero sugar and just 5 drops of liquid stevia in black coffee. Gout has happened to me three times now. Any suggestions would be so helpful.
