This easy Keto Bacon and Egg Salad Recipe is what I usually make for myself every week. This is one of my favorite ketogenic recipes because it helps keep me in ketosis state. It helped me lose weight and improved my energy level.

Here are the ingredients for this salad recipe

Β½ lb. Bacon
6 eggs
ΒΎ cup Lady’s Choice Mayonnaise
Β½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons chopped scallions
2 tablespoons minced red onion
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Water for boiling egg
