Looking for ketogenic diet ??

Check the full video review from the experienced user who explains in detail below.

A Ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high fat, moderate protein diet where your body uses Ketone bodies as fuel instead of glucose!

The goal of this diet is to be in ketosis. This is when your body is so low on glucose that your liver starts to produce Ketone bodies. A classic Keto diet usually consists of around 70-80% fat, 15-20% protein and 5% or less of carbs in a day.

  1. 12 weeks on, 4 weeks off is my current cycle.
The last week off keto is always hardest.
Not doing it for weight loss. it majorly benefits my sleep, focus, skin, energy, joints, and so much more.

  2. Thank you. My husband has been doing keto for a long time. Once it got popular people really just didn't stick to it like he did and complained it didn't work. It does work lol

  3. If you're looking to get buzzed and stay on the keto then I suggest white claw Ruby grapefruit works for me. I've been drinking

  4. Great minds think alike. I told my girlfriend I'm going to subscribe cuz I like the video and then all of a sudden you said I should subscribe and somebody's been drinking

  5. Hell yeah the keto diet works I love it and it's a great diet and I wouldn't want to be without it someone's been drinking

  6. Magnus, do you have similar goals and plans for vegetarians excluding eggs and fish? Pls comment, I will be a member if so..

  7. This YouTube nutrition channel is like the most non problematic platform in the YouTube community no toxicity . I absolutely appreciate how he puts out quality content .

  8. after trying several ways of eating and having an eating disorder and food addiction. Keto has been the only program that stops the food addiction and lowers appetite. It is the only thing I have done that allowed me to feel empowered by my lifestyle not feeling like I need willpower to control my diet. I do miss the carbs though but the more I eat even healthy carbs I start to loose control of my eating again.

  9. Do you have any tips for vegans trying the keto diet? I would love to try it, because I am not that much into carbs anyways, but I feels like it's more focused on meat eaters

  10. I have been on Keto for a few years on and off. As soon as I eat bread I feel like I'm dead. As soon as I go back on keto I feel like superwoman.

  11. I know someone personally that has a special needs child, she was having upwards of 70 seizures a day. They got her on the keto diet and her seizures stopped completely. Some people just thrive on the diet. Thanks for your informative videos!

  12. Keto is not the diet for me. Get grumpy, hungry and fogy mind all the time. That and low energy levels. Don't know why tho. So Ill started a high proteïne diet 14 weeks ago together with a trainer, eat 6x a day and count the kcal. Worked great lost 8kg fat so far.

  13. One of the best things you can do as a natural lifter is to study the philosophy of Old-School bodybuilders. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy and aesthetic physique. Vintage Physique by George Kelly is a nice book on this. It includes 3 lean bulking protocols (diet + training + supplements) depending on your training level.

  14. I’ve researched keto and found that it has some great benefits and the philosophy behind it is sound. Especially when it comes to insulin. However, the more I looked at it, it’s wasn’t for me. I’ve read that you need to keep sugar intake low, even fruits with sugars like apples and blueberries. So a nutrition plan that says no to apples and yes to bacon is a hard pass for me. Also I’ve read to stay in ketosis you can’t have even a single cheat meal. That’s just not realistic for me.

  15. thank you for this video!! i was wondering im doing keto currently, and do u think that on special occasions like bdays its fine to eat non friendly keto treats? cuz i feel that it might ruin all progress….. (as it kicks you out of ketosis)

  16. Haha, I like that you also have a mumintrollen-cup. It's mandatory for Sweds and Finns, isn't it? 🙂

  17. I've been doing the Keto for almost five years now and loss a total of 175 lbs, I feel better mentally and physically . I won't change a thing…

  18. I've been doing the IF/Keto diet for a while now. Helped me break through weight loss plateau and continue losing weight AND build lean muscle mass through weight training all the same time. It's easy once you get used to the diet and you won't really miss sugar at all. I'm down 84 pounds at this point and feelin great 🤘

  19. We're all a little weird. And life is a little weird. And when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall into mutually satisfying weirdness-and call it love-true love.

  20. Hey man another great video. But please can you do a video on what should a boxer eat. Thank you
