  5. make cookie dough chocolate cups! drop down some chocolate into a silicone muffin pan, freeze it for 10 mins to create a hard bottom, drop in cookie dough, squish down to flatten top, fill with chocolate, freeze for 30 mins!!! so yummy!!!

  9. Just made these, I got 19 out of the recipe. I did use the brown sugar swerve and just a touch of maple with the vanilla. Really really good. next time I would leave out the maple flavoring though.

  13. You were right about the maple extract.! I totally thought it would be gross in my chocolate chip cookie dough but it really mellowd out the cheesecake taste and makes it more like what the name says! I'm surprised and impressed! Its in the fridge now setting up 😍

  17. Yes, this is dangerous. I ate all of it in two sittings in less than 24 hours. I made the mistake of using a whole pack of Kerrigold butter which I think is 2 sticks of butter.
    I thought I was going to have a heart attack the next morning because my chest was feeling strange.
