They look yummy but I am concerned thought about the high use of processed meats which are known to increase the risk of gastrointestinal cancers, as well as being high in salt. Maybe thereโ€™s some substitutions for these that could be made. I do love your presentation though and very much enjoy your videos.

  13. Great snacks ideas! I have a really hard time fully restricting my body to certain foods for too long as it isn't good for my overall mental health. So I'm wondering if you have allowed chips or any foods that you are "restricting" due to lower carb lifestyle on a weekend or a certain day of the week as a little treat meal? I don't like to say "cheat meal" as I don't like to attach that label as if you are doing something wrong with eating the meals. Do you allow it at all and if not how do you find the motivation to stay away? Thank you!

  14. Hi Jenifer, this may seem like a real basic or weird question, but through the years, how do you keep the motivation going to look so good?
    I find that when I get into a safe and committed relationship, I definitely donโ€™t โ€let myself goโ€ โ€ฆbut my commitment to excellence and consistency with my workouts dwindles a lot, and my food choices are sometimes not the best when sharing alcohol or something my significant other finds tasty (and calorie-packed). Over time, I always start to look less sexy and as a result, feel less confident in myself which sucks.

    How do you keep the momentum going to put all that effort in?

  15. snacking isn't good for insulin. If you are fasting, then the benefits of the fasting are keeping blood sugar levels down and keeping insulin low. If you're snacking you're raising your insulin. You are negating the benefits of fasting.
