Low Carb Thousand Island Dressing Ingredients:
ΒΌ cup β mayonnaise
2 Tbs β reduced sugar ketchup
2 Tbs β dill pickle relish
Β½ Tbs β vinegar
liquid sugar substitute equal to 4 tsp regular sugar
Β½ tsp β onion powder
Β½ tsp β garlic powder
ΒΌ tsp β salt

May I suggest that you make your own mayo for a recipe like this or use a store bought mayo made from either olive oil or Avocado oil. You used low sugar ketchup, but you didn't mention anything about the mayo? If you're going to go Keto, you might as well avoid the bad oils too.
Thank you Papa G for this recipe, I do like sweet relish so I just zutted up a dill pickle in my mini food processor added a few drops of Ez Sweets sweetener to sweeten and it is the best sweet relish ever. Try it sometime if you are wanting sweet pickle relish.

Made some and this tastes incredible. I canβt tell the difference between store bought and this! No kidding! Had to go to Whole Foods for the dill relish because all the regular grocery stores all sell βsweet relishβ. Used Swerve (Xylitol) powdered sugar substitute. Five stars!!

Thousand Island Dressing Is basically Ketchup mixed with Mayo.Problem is both of those store bought are filled with sugar.. π€’ I got recipes for low carbs ones , but even then its like taking 2 problematic sauces and adding them together. Basically dont see anything Keto in this even if you are going dirty(Which I am personally)

I don't know why it took me sooooooooo long to make this!! It's better than I imagined! I have the rye bread in the oven too! I couldn't find corn beef in the deli, got the next best thing, pastrami. So excited to be making some sandwiches!

Hopefully you are still answering questions on your videos. I make MANY of your sauces but don't want to chance then going bad and consuming them. Would rather make them on a rotation than as needed. I like to premake things. So for this thousand island dressing, the teriyaki, the French dressing, the ranch, the BBQ? Those were the main ones. I noticed that none of you videos or your cookbook show recommended shelf life. I would LOVE if you could address that real quick for me. I know you don't know for certain but from experience how long would you say is safe before you would say they should be made again? THANKS AGAIN!!

I did this thousand island dressing and it was excellent. I didnβt have relish or onion powder, so I just chopped up some dill pickle and onions and added them in. It worked!
