  1. take a look at Ben Bikman with his shaved head. This look would be fabulous on you. At the moment we can see the back of your head and just a big thick massed comb-over in front right forehead. Thanks for good videos.

  2. The information presented is misleading because it does not address insulin. Many researchers claim that ketones made by the body naturally are much better than taking exogenous ketones. An an obese carb addicted person with a high carb diet that is given exogenous ketones will produce ketones, but is that good for them? Epilepsy is a special case. Most people don't have epilepsy.

  3. Heat in the brain? Then couldn't you get the same outcome from spending 20 minutes in a hot sauna?

  4. And for the rest of the body? MCT in thr presence of low carb and high carb diets may be different for the liver, heart, muscles etc.

  5. I use MCT oil for a while, I didn't know it can generate ketones without need to fast. Good tips!👍👍
