I’ve been making this simple keto recipe every morning for breakfast. Seriously. I bought 3 bags of these “cauliflower pearls”. Bits and pieces bacon cuts are super cheap and make for a simple, quick, keto, way to add nice little crunchy pockets of flavor in your dish.

I hope you have a go-to recipe. The diet can be hard enough. It’s easy to fall back into old eating habits so it’s nice to have an easy recipe you can whip out in 10 minutes that satisfies.

  1. You need carbs in your diet, keto is not sustainable. That's why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great for me.

  2. In my opinion the Agoge diet is the best diet available, you get rid of fat fast and feel energetic.

  3. Stay away from keto, that shit can kill you.. It's only meant to be done under doctor supervision. If you want something that works and isn't dangerous, I recommend the Agoge diet plan.. worked great for me 🙂

  7. In case anyone wants a version of this that's actually healthy:
    – tsp of butter or olive oil is plenty
    – riced cauliflower
    – sweet potato hash
    – 1 egg
    – spinach
    – (optional) 1 slice of bacon chopped up
    *keeping to low to moderate carbs daily is healthy, but keto is a fad diet that is not.

    I hate the 100 ingredients keto recipes. I just end up throwing half of it away after making the meal once, because I can’t be bothered to cook it again.
    I like to just use some meat and then just buy a bag of frozen vegetables with it. Usually some type of low carb broccoli mix, that I steam.
    If I feel a bit peckish, I like to cut half a cucumber into small pieces and mix it with a small can of tuna, a bit of olive oil, lemon juice and maybe a bit of mayo if I feel like it. It’s a nice source of protein. 🙂

Maybe this is a stupid question but finding some of these things are difficult, if I did this with regular bacon, regular cauliflower and Pam instead of Ghee will that still work…..I've lost my job so money is tight, but I have to loose weight!!! I've gained 20lbs from stress eating…..I need to make a change and this is overwhelming!!!

  13. Ghee is form of butter made by heating butter. Very commonly used by Asians/Indians.
