  3. Have you addressed sugars vs. alcohol sugars such as Erythritiol in the Keto diet system, pro and cons. Also, address how or why sweeteners like Erythritol effect a1c readings. I used alcohol sweetener exclusively with 100g/day carb and still had an above average a1c after 6 months. Is it the test or the sweeteners?

  5. I make this all the time, but I just skip the crust and scoop it into a dish. You can also add different flavors, peanut butter, blend in the berries or cocoa powder and so on. You can do the same in a wine glass if you want to make it fancy for a dinner.

  8. Erythritol is some nasty chemical crap, better to use natural brown sugar, just don't eat too much Cheesecake.
